Charbel Recruiting is owned and operated by Jamiel C.J. Kadri, CPA. Jamiel is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, and graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. Jamiel began his career in Big 4 public accounting in Charlotte, North Carolina. His client base consisted largely of companies in the commercial industrial sector, which included large publicly traded companies, as well as medium sized manufacturing and retail clients. Prior to working in public accounting, Jamiel also worked in corporate accounting for IBM at their United States Accounting Center in Raleigh, NC. Jamiel left public accounting to join one of his managers at his start up search firm. For over six years, Jamiel helped grow and establish the practice in the Charlotte market. During that time, he built a reputation for his professionalism, honesty and integrity, which is the foundation under which Charbel Recruiting continues to operate since Jamiel started the company in January 2008. He is passionate about advising his clients and candidates in their search and interview process.

Jamiel brings a strong understanding of the accounting and finance professional search process, and his background and experience in professional accounting allows him to better understand his clients' accounting and finance staffing needs.
